Yoga-Mojo's Deep Stretch practice where we move slowly in and out of the shoulders, hips, knees & wrists. Prana mudra in Pranayama as we arrive. Grab a yoga strap / belt / scarf and any props you love that can support you. All on the floor, we begin with Yoga-Mojo's Awakening Sequence before we focus on shoulders a bit more. Stag/Deer Pose to awaken our hips with a mild twist & fold options. Wrist stretches & more shoulder shifts when we come to Table Top Pose.
We move to low lunge pose (grab some blocks) -- and half split / runner's lunge pose options to Twisted Monkey Pose. Cobra Pose & gentle Locust pose to stretch the front body while contracting the muscles of our low back. Child's pose brings a nice counterpose to front body stretches. Supine leg stretches to moving bridge that takes us to a supine twist and Savasana.
